Solar Energy is the most inexhaustible and cleanest of all known energy sources. SolarRadiation, although plentiful, has been hard to directly harness until recently.

Our solar tube collectors are high temperature collectors and overall, are much more efficient than flat plate collectors. The evacuated tubes are strong, long lasting, and should one be broken, inexpensive and easy to replace without having to drain down the whole system.

If a flat plate collector is damaged, or fails, the whole panel must be replaced. Due to the high efficiency absorption of solar radiation, even during overcast conditions, combined with excellent insulation properties of the solar tubes, they can heat water all year round. Because of their efficiency, less solar tubes are needed in total area than a flat plate collector requires. Solar evacuated tubes can be used in temperatures as low as -30C. Previously evacuated tubes were much more expensive than flat plate collectors.

Now the production of evacuated tubes has exploded, resulting in greatly reduced prices, comparable with flat plate collectors, but far superior. For a household of 4, the price of a full system can be recouped as quickly as 4-5 years in reduced bills. The system will run by itself automatically, so once installed, no ‘tinkering’ is required!
